All Buildings are Well-Underway & Building C is Nearly Move-in-Ready!
Where We’re At:
In Building A, the team has been making a ton of progress on site — with the cabinet installation underway, crews will begin to work through countertop, lighting, and tile installation over the coming weeks. Building B will begin conducting pre-drywall tours shortly.
Where We’re Going:
Our first closings are set to begin by Spring! We’ll be seeing landscaping and railings installed soon. Water meters are in the works with the City.
Bottomline: Crews at 120 Broadway Street report that Building C is on track to be move-in-ready by early Spring. (And there’s one chance left to call it home.)
